If I understand correctly Ted is no longer rebuilding McCullochs. Who is doing this now? Is it Phil?

Phill is rebuilding the SCs also.  The last time I talked to Ted, I got the
impression he was slowly getting out of all it so he and Mary Ann could
pursue their personal interests.
