In the R-3/R-4 tach set that I sold on eBay there was a Studebaker blueprint
for the wiring of the Transigniter (transistor ignition) system for R-3 and
R-4 Avantis.  It also shows connections for Avanti R-1 and R-2 and Lark and
Hawks with standard engines, R-1s and R-2s.  I copied and scanned it to keep
for reference.  You can see it here:

The blueprint was too big for my copier or scanner so I folded it in half
and did it in two pages.  I made a second set to try to allow for the copier
border and wording left off (hence four total pages).

BTW- note the spelling "Tackometer"- I guess Studebaker engineers weren't
such great spellers either <G>.

Thanks I'll add that to the R3 ignition setup I own.
