This info was given to me by a co-worker...it's from an ad in one of the local Austin, Texas newspapers, so don't ask me about the car itself. If you want someone to look at it for you, I might be able to help you out this friday. 1955 Studebaker Commander - V8, OD, straight body, no rust, complete. $1500/OBO (512)586-4469. Again, this is NOT my car. Bob Just talked to him - 4 door claims to be in great shape odometer shows 41k he thinhks that's right for condition of it. I am too far away and too poor right nor for a 4 door. sounds great though. MD I am also here in Austin and can take a look/photos if Bob can not make it. I have seen a 55 4 door around town. If it is the same car it looked pretty solid. I am a little weary to go look at it before the Hawk GT is finished; there is a danger I might buy it for myself.
