Known good and working, I'd say $500 would be a good price. More if it
includes brackets and pulleys. Less if it just looks good and turns OK
but hasn't actually been run recently.
of course, I'm a bit out of touch so my prices may be off.

Depends on what mint and complete is....
Anywhere from $250 to $1500+
