This one is for JR's towing and transport in Port Richey, Florida. I
got a car delivered from New Jersey and the moron had torn a brake hose
evidently with one of the hold down cable or chain hooks. I was busy
when he dropped it off and he was in a hurry; I soon found out why. I
didn't notice anything wrong and signed off on the car but when I
emailed and explained what had happpened and told the lady that the
driver HAD to know (fluid must have gone all over his stuff) and didn't
tell, she agreed to pay for the hose and labor. Three weeks later she
said they weren't going to pay and cited various reasons. One was I
didn't take the car for several estimates...'course it had NO brakes.
Now instead of paying the hundred buck bill I will take them to court
for four times that much and report them to the proper watchdog
departments here in Florida. What the hell has happened to quality and
accountability here in the USA?

George,
Tell them you have a big $ hauling job, send them to Randy's, then don't
answer the phone for a day or two!
