Well its the middle of the month, and the post office has seen fit not
to deliver the current issue of Turning wheels.

   I haven't found a bargain car in TW in over a year, almost not worth
the extra for first class. Still a parts deal now and then though. With
a few 100 first class subscriptions, a whole lot of cherry picking goes
on.
