Some a**hole tried to steal my horn button in my 57 pickup by prying up on
it thus breaking the three pronged ring that holds it into place.  The 3 old
plastic/rubber/? things on the ring that secure the horn button break so
easily.  Are these available anywhere?  Thanks in advance for any help you
can provide.

Yes, they can be purchased through good Stude vendors like Stephen Allen's
Auto

As a side note, I tore one ear on my 2R10 once and super glued it back
together.
A tender foreplay like reinstallation of the button went well and it stayed
on there for a couple years afterwards.

Our new SDC President, Ed Reynolds now has them at Studebaker International.
Picked one up in Spokane for my truck on Wednesday and fits great.

Ed was on the same flight we were on out of Spokane on Sat.
He mentioned that he has a 53 hardtop & an Avanti 2 which he will be selling
off.
