Took both the 56 Transtar and the 60 Hawk, which made 6 Studes altogether. We
met at Tim Hortons at 10 am and drove in and parked the Studes in the front
row.Other than mine were two Avantis and a nice GT Hawk, and a 53 Champion
Starliner.
Ill get some webshots up for you soom,as there were some interesting other
makes, such as a 1914 Hudson,Australian built right hand drive Valiant type
with an inline,STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN ,hemi six. They sure never sold these
beasts around here.

What I met to mention in that post was I met a former Studebaker
mechanic, who worked for Isnor Motors in Halifax, that in the days he was
there sold Studebakers and Mercedes-Benz.
I was sitting in my truck with Diane when I noticed a guy taking much more
than the usual interest in my 60 Hawk, two cars away.He was talking up a
storm with Chris and Rauly and then they were down on the ground looking
underneath it, then asked me to open the hood for him,so then I find out hes
a former Stude mechanic just going nuts over them because he loved the
cars.We had a long and interesting chat.
