I think he was digging a pool or something like that. Oil kept seeping in. So he built a sump with a cover and let it fill with oil. A vacuum truck would come by ever so often and pump out a few thousand gallons. From one end to the other -- then eventually someone gets pissed and swings a high stick. There's no penalty box, so some just get the puck out and go home. It's all so productive. <g> SignatureLark Parker Chavez doesn't really have a lot to say about where Venezuelan oil goes, once it's shipped out of the country it pretty much disappears into the world supply of oil and goes wherever the demand is. However IMHO Robertson still shouldn't have said that, that little Communist twerp down in Venezuela is paranoid enough as it is. THIS GOES BACK TO THE LATE 60'S, I am not sure if a home owner is still subject to that ruling anymore. Bill Marilyn gets a bit of money just for the rights to drill on property that she sold years ago, but retained the mineral rights to. Haven't hit anything yet - nor have they even drilled. If ANYTHING happens to Chavez now, he is going to be blamed for inciting it, and Chavez has enemies enough at home.
