Hell for $400,000 you could sell the place and set up shop just about anywhere outside of Hurricane Alley.

 Played Hooky from Jeff Rice's place today and staying home to work on the Sky Hawk and to weather the storm. Mostly today I worked on repairing the damage to the fenders from a bad body man. And I got the patches done by noon. Went home for lunch open the mail and I had a letter from a couple in St. Petersburg, Florida that wants to buy my house. (this should set well for Jeff). It seams that they are friends with the original owner and know the house well.  And they want to move close to their friends which now leave only 2 canals over from my place.  

 As of this week I was getting bids for a new roof. . . and a house just went for over 400,000 just down the block that is smaller.  Only problem is all houses are going for way too much.
