Gotta love New Orleans!

Looting, rapes, snipers, and now....  arson!

Just gets better and better with some people.

Hear any of this in Mississippi or Alabama?

I played with my cars and mowed the lawn today, the weather was very
nice.

My chain saw wouldn't start, so I brush hogged.  It's hot out there!

Some showers predicted here in Austin this afternoon.  Temperatures to
cool to the low 90's next week.

Ol' T-Cab keeps on chugging!

Finally got to install the cowl vent seal in my 38 today and used my
Daytona all day to run whatever errands needed to be done.

What a short  memory, how about  New York City in the early 60's?
I worked for WNYC-TV and got off duty every night at 10:30 after the late
news. I would then take the subway uptown to Grand Central to catch the
11:16 to White Plains.

During the riots in Harlem the commuter trains were faced with a horrific
problem, from Grand Central Terminal the tracks are under Park Avenue, at
96th  & Park the New York Central and New Haven would then become elevated
until 138th st. From 101st to 136th st the trains were at third and fourth
floor levels of apartments houses..

Every seat had a printed sign on it. For your protection a conuctor will
come thru each car before we reach 96th street, please listen to his
instructions and lean down in your seatd and keep you heads below the
windows. In an attempt to prvente our passengers from being targets we will
also be turning off all the lights in the cars

Seems the locals found a real video game years ahead of time, shoot the
commuters on the trains entering and leaving  the city.

I fixed two Brand X vehicles and planed down a boatload of salvage hardwood
to turn into trim for the house.
