One of our club members has a un-restored Speedster for sale. The car has
been in storage for 5 years. Has 95 Kmiles on it.
160 MPH speedo,etc,.
Lite rust in the usual spots, but the body is in great shape.
The Upholstery (headliner and seat covers) are in better than good shape,
but the carpeting needs to be replaced.
It runs, has a 4 bbl on it. Also has a oil leak.
The transmission needs new seals. The transmission slips.
It left the factory as obnoxious yellow, but is now gold, except for the
engine compartment, which still has the "build numbers" written in chalk on
the fire wall..
Comes with the bumper fog lamps.
Still has the original 6 volt system on the car.
Chrome - I've seen much worse.
Glass - good.
Tires- need new.
The stainless needs polishing.
The car is worth the asking price of $10,500.
It does need some care tho.
This one would make a great longterm (over the winter)
project car.

By the way---
the interior is black, with the large sewn in diamonds.
the lite rust I referred to, is in the small panel, just forward of the
leading edges of both doors.
It currently has a black vinyl top on it, and the bottom is pained gold.
(has to empty out first portion of the brain, to get to the rest of the
stuff i remember)
