No wonder New Orleans went to Hell so fast...

Those cops need to be arrested and persecuted to the fullest extent of
the law, and once the justice system gets through with them Wal-Mart
should sick their lawyers on them.

There is no excuse for that kind of lawless behavior, ESPECIALLY from
people sworn to "serve and protect".
