Woohoo!

I took delivery of two pair of the most perdy white fiberglass rear Coupe
Express fenders yesterday...
(First 4 out of the molds)
They are gorgeous!
I'll post some pic's as soon I unload them at home and TeraNews wakes back
up....
They built the mold so the inner edge is slightly wider, so a person can
choose to mount them 'stock', or as much as 2" wider in the front and 1&1/2"
wider in the rear.
They spent extra time making the mold 2 piece to get the OE wheelwell lip
just right.
From first glance it looks like the hardest prep item will be drilling the
mounting lip holes (which are big ol' slots anyways.
REAL pleased with the quality... Hopefully the fit will be this nice too.

Any and all that are interested should contact me so I can make the
connection to the 'glass guy to get our 'extra' discount.
Pass on to me any prospects that might be interested also...
Thanks
Jeff

Jeff,

if I may make a suggestion, take an old CE fender and just make a
layout template for the holes.  then just trace them on the new
fenders, drill pilot holes, then use a die grinder to finish.  Much
less frustrating than trying to actually drill neat holes in fiberglass

nate (BTDT)

PS - wear long sleeves!

Congratulations on your repro project, the "doing" is always a risk,
glad you hit a home run.

What is the price, Jeff?
I could use a pair of 'em when I get recovered from Spokane.
Can't wait to see your pix!

Jeff,

Like Barry, let me know how much for the fenders.  I'm good for at
least one set.

On another note, did you get my email with the pictures of my CE?  I
have been fighting with my email - self-inflicted problems and
otherwise!

Later,

Thor

Pretty neat....
