1963 rear windows were a one year only deal. the 62's are waaaay
different.
Do you have a 63 two door? I have a 63 Daytone HT. And do you HAVE to
remove all the glass to replace the head liner? I have a new one for
mine, and I really don't want to go through any unnessesary trouble.

Yep mines a 2dr. Sedan. Where did you get your headliner and is it a
nice quality one?

Mine came from SASCO way back in 1997. It's NOS.

JP can hook you up... I have one of his in my '62 and it looks just
fine.

I was told by the trim shop that did my car that they would far prefer
to have the glass out to replace the headliner. Your old gaskets will
be unusable; buy new ones from Bill Fennessey. It's not that hard to
R&R glass once you've done it a few times, but it does take two people.
The wraparound windshield in my '62 scares me though, I thought I'd
got it right but it cracked a couple weeks after I got it in. The one
that the trim shop replaced it with is still OK however. Guess they
have the magic touch. What I find helps is LOTS of soapy water as
lube. I'd feel similarly concerned about a C-K rear window but
fortunately I've never had to replace one of those! The glass on a 63
is nice and flat though so you shouldn't have those kinds of issues.

I found installing the wrap around windshields real easy, (the one on
the T-cab practically fell into place), and with only one person but the
rear window on pre GT hawks and early sedans through 1958 to be a real
bear. (I think the issue was that the gaskets are a mite too big).
