I have a used running R1 motor out of an Avanti. Anyone know what a good asking price is? Does $800 sound good? Hawk 53 Starlight I was at a swapmeet today.There was a part I wanted but another guy was looking at it.He said he needed to talk to his buddy and would be back in 3 minutes.He set the part down and walked away. I just don't do that indecisive a.s scratching thing very well, either! Bo Once wrote a check for a Avanti within 3 minutes of the owner putting a sign on the windshield. The were two or three tire kickers under the car and hood at the time. By the time they asked for a test drive, I was putting a plate on the car. I was sorta hoping you would have passed on your Avanti that I looked at after you spoke to the owner too, but you were not a "a.s scratcher".<g> BTW, how is that car doing ? > Bob, your late. I was looking for a market price response, not to start people salivating. FYI, I let it go for $700 without the R series crank damper. |
