Are the amber lenses for 63 interchangeable with 64's for the front of GT
hawks?

I believe that there are two different styles of lens used in '63, one
is interchangeable with 64 and one is not.

There were two styles of parking lights on 63 Hawks. Early has a
stainless rim, late, a ribbed pot metal rim. The late lens will
interchange with 64, but the late 63 lens is rarer.
