Just drove the Hawk I bought on ebay home from up the street where
the big truck dropped it. Not much to report yet, but I could not resist
buffing out a half a fender. (I love buffing black paint)<g>

I've got a whole black car that needs buffing, knock yourself out! <G>

Seriously, any secrets?  I've got a really nice looking shiny black hood
but the tops of the fenders don't look nearly as nice.  I think a
previous owner (Henry?) had the hood painted but not the fenders.

I need to get the name of the polishing compound I use in the A.M. I
buy buffing pads 10 at a time on ebay for about $3.00 each and change
them often.
