It was the only bid registered, and the auction had only a few hours to go. Seller said (on the eBay page) "bid cancelled because item is no longer available for sale". I'm thinking, "Yeah, right, someone just walked in off the street and bought the thing just hours before the unreserved auction was due to close. Happens all the time." I sent seller an e-mail that basically said "gives one cause to wonder." Just wondering. If I were to have a friend go to the seller's physical store, and he sees said item offered for sale on the premises, do I have any recourse?
