Hello Everyone-
I have the dash of my 62 Hawk GT out of the car.    I thought I would
paint it before re-install.    I have not seen an example in person to
go by.  Were the dashes painted Hi Gloss, Gloss, Low Gloss, or Satin?
And should I paint the inside wind shield trim to match or was it a
different finish?   I believe for '62 they were always black regardless
of interior colors. When I first removed it I  painted it with Black
Satin finish, a very low gloss.  It looks cool, but seems a little too
modern.
Tony in Austin,  Thanks in advance.

Satin or semi gloss is fine for all of it.

Tony-

When are you going to finish working on that ugly god-forsaken thing
and get it running so I can see my old "baby" again?  <VBG>

We're having a chapter meeting on Sat (11/19) with a driving tour of
some sort (poker run maybe?) in Georgetown. If you didn't get the
newsletter last week, let me know and I'll forward you a copy.
