I seem to remember stopping in once while looking for a pizza place I remembered from college (closed...) That car looks like a bargain if it runs and drives as good as it looks. I'm amazed it's not more rusted, given the area. I'm afraid that the car would not fare well as a daily driver in your neck o' the woods without a lot of preventative maintenance bodywise. Did you notice the eight volt battery? It had rust through in the firewall and the floors that was patched with thin aluminum and rivets...this was 3 years ago. I still don't think my '55 would pass, which is why it still has historic plates on it. The body is solid, but there's an exhaust leak, a really bad front main, and the heater doesn't work all of which I think are grounds for failure.
