OK, this one is for you technical whiz kids.  I need to know about WCFB's as
installed on my '55 President with automatic transmission.  I'm looking for
a replacement and want to stick with the small WCFB (supposedly 385 cfm ).
I know this carb was used on many makes and models and that there are many
variations.
Are there a small and large mounting bolt patterns amongst the variations?
What is the diameter of the throttle plates on the Studebaker WCFB?  Which
applicaqtions can I look for that are direct bolt-on interchange with the
Studebaker?
Last, does anyone want to part with a WCFB from a 259 Studebaker engine?
Thanks, you guys are great
Dexter

WCFB's are getting hard to find with a corresponding climb in prices.
Even cores are commanding top dollar these days.
Rebuild shops won't just do a rebuild any more.
They do a total remanufacture to keep the warranty problems to a minimum.
Good luck with your search,,,, You'll find one..
