My neighbors already harvested all of the oranges from their tree here in
Houston. Their grapefruit tree did not bear this year.

Marilyn responded to this in a way that indicates a credibility gap.
Things must have changed in the last five / six years or else this is a
covered tree.
My thought: Maybe "all of the oranges from their tree here" amounted to
zero, in whch case, it would be a true statement, but misleading.
Nah, Barry wouldn't try to fool us with sneaky wording.

Orange and grapefruit trees have to be planted in pairs so they will
cross polinate,
unless your neighbor has trees also.
