Things must have changed in the last five / six years or else this is a
covered tree.
My thought: Maybe "all of the oranges from their tree here" amounted to
zero, in whch case, it would be a true statement, but misleading.

Orange and grapefruit trees have to be planted in pairs so they will
cross polinate,
unless your neighbor has trees also.
