I was debating what I would do. It is such a rare car the Stude guys

No frugal Stude guy is gonna pay over $30K for a car that needs
restored...those bidders are looking at "investment" potential and
won't mind paying $70,000 for a restoration. Of course, it COULD be
Chip Foose bidding on it...looking for something to turn into next

A 245 from a truck would drop right in... would be a little easier to
hop up than a President 8. Not much though... but I do seem to recall
seeing an aluminum head on eBay a while back.
