Lark wagon sheet metal

There's a '62 Lark wagon quarter panel on ebay and I was wondering if that
panel could be used on my '60 2dr wagon as a patch from the tailight, down.
Anyone know if those panels are similar?

Does SASCO have any wagon sheet metal?
