if one is SERIOUS about beer.. you invest about $100-125 in
stuff and make your own..
I got some nice DARK 9% that I use in cooking.. its great for
drinking as well, and as far as we have determined-not that we
drink a LOT, its not got the stuff that gives one a hangover..

We jump to a lot of conclusions around here. I have been brewing since
1978, and was the 1982 Ohio Stout Champion. My specialty is a staged honey
Trappiste, and I would still like to see Rolling Rock stay in business.
