Anyone need a brain fork (OT)

Sure was cool seeing the Picton Castle return home. You know those people
pay 36k US to work their a.ses off in sailing this rig around the world? Its
a lot of hard work, definitly not for everyone.
Diane and I put about 1000 miles on the bike over the weekend,my back ,a.s,
and shoulders are sore,guess Im getting old.
