Don,
I cannot tell you for sure, based on my limited experience with Stude
convertibles.
I can tell you, however, that the seller is Phil Brown, who I have
known for many years and have bought a lot (too much, according to my
wife<G>) of very hard to find Studebaker parts from. Phil is a very
knowledgeble Studebaker enthusiast and vendor, very honest, and a good
guy. If he says it will fit.......it will fit! And if there is a
problem, he will make it right.

I think it will fit fine. The pebble grain will be different from a
64. Most folks will never notice the difference.

The color may be a consideration too. The '64 red is more burgundy and is
hard to match. If that boot is the red-orange it appears to be, it may look
strange.

My convetible is bordeaux Red, black interior. I was considering
dyeing it, but it may look okay.
