I may have overdone "hopping up" my deruster tank. I put in clean
water, and way to much washing soda. I dropped in a 50 year old water
manifold that Lee D. sent me and walked away. When I came back a few
hours later I noticed the water was bubbling like mad, and pulling 25
amps from the charger. The water was maybe 160 degrees and the manifold
was hot to the touch. Two or three layers of paint came off with the
garden hose and the thing looked NOS, inside and out. <g>
I'm still behind the guys that can do a entire fender, or the one
guy that does a entire frame in his home made tank.

I'll assume that the post office dropped off a package at your place
today?

Hell, I may have to increase my washing soda concentration in my tank
then... about 8-10 amps is all I can get going thru mine

I did the cast iron top of a 1955 Boice Crane table saw that I'm
restoring. Had to buy a kids wading pool. worked great (ant took the
paint off the underside as well)!
