I "think" I have the right side regulator from a '53 Champion coupe, which should be the
same. I'm not home right now, but I could call my roomer and get him to check if it's
urgent.
IMHO, if you remedy the problem that caused the arm to bend in the first place, and then
carefully straighten the bent arm, and lube it all well, the regulator should be OK. If
the glass moves freely in the track, the arm simply isn't stressed all that badly. Chances
are the arm bent because the window became tilted forward or back, possibly due to ONE of
the pins popping out of the track on the bottom of the glass.
You may want to check with Bob40, here on the newsgroup. He has a parts stash, and I
believe it includes some regulators.

As getting it out and back in is such a large part of the repair, if it
is not too hard, welding / tacking a reinforcement on the bar might be
a good idea.
If it gives a lot of rsistance, don't force it.
