I just wanted to know about the Carter Lake area. I thought about
staying at the Super 8 at Carter Lake. Sure don't want to get in the
wrong part of town. I can only stay for 2 days. Thanks

Carter Lake area can be a bad area ir a good area. . .give me the hotel or
address and I can find out for you.

Carter Lake is in Iowa but due to the river change it really connected to
Omaha. . .and close to the airport.

There is a new Holiday Inn Express that has recently opened in
Bellevue,It's on Hwy 75 and very easy to get to the meet.

On the Iowa side in Council Bluffs, IA they have a few hotels connected to
River Boat Gambling I not know the price but they could be cheaper and are
not that far from the meet Hotel.

I got a letter from Larry Swanson yesterday. He said t hat SDC has
gotten a block of rooms at a Howard Johnson's very near the meet hotel.
