Bought a little scooter to run around town with and save some gas. This
thing doesn't run right, has no power at all, dealer is no help. Know
anything about these? See pic:

Have you tried inflating the tires to 800 psi?

Looks like there might be an orifice plugged up, Dwain. I leave it to
your imagination to determine which one...<G> BP

Definitely underpowered - I would upgrade to a Vulcan 2000!

A few years ago I heard a story where a "FAT GUY" was stealing mopeds
off the show room floor, by using a similar technique.  When they
finally saw part of a tire sticking out of his butt one day....he said:
"WHO ME?"
