Help!  I am retiring and relocating and must sell my '57 Clipper Sedan.
It is a straight, never-rusted California car that needs finishing.  It
has had a LOT of work done already (rechromed, repainted,
resupercharged, etc., etc.)  It needs to have the new interior installed
(complete, correct Phantom reproduction interior included) and some
minor work to be complete.  It is currently in a resto shop here and at
the rate they are going, I'll be dead and buried before they finish it.

located in Ashland, Ohio  (midway between Cleveland and Columbus)

you'll need a car hauler and a big truck for all the extra parts.

goes as a package (included are extra fenders, doors, bumpers,
engine, glass, chrome, etc).

I can't email any pics  (buyer will get Polaroids of the car when I
got it in 1991 that show it was a rust-free car to start with).

I know that I am buried in this car - probably close to $30,000 in
it.......that's OK, I didn't get into it for profit.  I know I'm going
to take a bath, but it's got to go to a good home.  (On the other hand,
I haven't totally lost my mind yet and not looking to be robbed).

Someone who can do the remaining work can easily have it completed this
winter.

I've written a long-winded, detailed history and description:  if
interested, please drop me a line and I'll email it to you.......and
will appreciate you passing the word on to anyone you know who might be
interested.

Thanks,

Jim Click

Jim it nevers fails.  When I buy a car, another deal comes along a week
or two later.  I just picked up a 58 Packard Wagon in Nebraska.  If you
want an honest opinion, list it on ebay with a ton of photos of the car
and parts and you should get a fair price.  Also it will get a ton of
exposure.  Take care and best of luck.

the first '58 I  saw (when new)  was a gold wagon -- safe to say it was
an unforgettable sight !!!  an acquired taste, tho......and  if another
crosses my path I could be in trouble!

no matter how often we say "this is my last one"......there's always one
more!!!!
