Hogtroughs

The hogtroughs should be pretty easy to install on this car. It only
needs a few little trim pieces to finish... <g>

I used to own both those cars....  the gold '71 and the '63 R1 that
the white front clip came from.

You probably saw them both, Pat.  They were both mercy killings, to be
sure.

The '63 was a car that was stored outdoors for 30 years and the body
had been hit everywhere imaginable.  The interior, what was there, was
badly molded and torn up.  Its only saving grace was the R1 engine
that seemed to run pretty damned good and now resides with a fellow
NG'er.

The '71 Avanti II was hit pretty hard in front, from the side.
Apparently, the guy stuck its nose out where it did not belong and
basically got everything forward of the tires cleaned off.  It also
needed interior, frame straightening, some frame rust repair, hog
troughs, and the list goes on.  Many parts from this car went to help
others in need for their projects and so, in a way, it lives on.
