Hy guys,
Here's a brain bender from the dustbins of our minds: anybody know who
was or where I could go to find out who the Studebaker dealership was
in Greenwich, Connecticut in 1956? There's gotta be someplace where
this kind of obscure stuff must be buried.

The Greenwich Library has a city directory for each year. It would list
each person and business in town. Call the library and they should be
able to help you out. I used to work in Greenwich and used their
directory services in the past. Hope this helps.

Another option while at the Public Library are back issues of the daily
newspaper which should be on microfilm.  I have used that resource in the
past for many local history projects here.

uh.... DENHAM SPRINGS, Louisiana, close to Baton Rouge??

when you type DURHAM SPRINGS, LA in google earth, it takes you 1/2 way
around the world to an island

maybe that will aid your search

It was on the "Old Post Road" which once was part of the OLD US 1. There are
a number of furniture stores there now that
could have been a dealership at one point. There is also a very old building
that runs almost one block, single story which is now
highend womens boutiques, with large front windows.
