Anyone know what the room rate will be for the BW in York?
I just checked their website and the best rate they show is
$169 a night! Seems a bit steep to me!

At that rate you might as well stay at the meet hotel. fpr $95+tax per
night. They still have rooms.

I thought the Best Western was the meet hotel.

I normally shop around when going to York and can always find a nice,
clean room in the $50-$70 range.  Check online.

With York, the action is at the fairgrounds so staying somewhere else
is not a problem at all.

Last year it was $69/night at the Best Western, IIRC.

OOOOPPPPS! I guess I should learn to read.  I was still on the
International Meet hotel stuff when I read this thread.  I called the
Best Western two months ago and was told there were no rooms available
for York Meet weekend.  I'll be staying at the Comfort Inn.

I just called them and made a reservation for Friday and Saturday.
The rate is $70/night. They didn't know how many they had left.
