I don't know about that one, JP. These cars are California cars with
little or no rust. These were stored indoors for decades. They have
solid floors, solid trunks, solid rockers, good glass, and are
complete cars. Door latches work great, and the Lark sedan has just
one dent in the passenger door.
The 2 door Wagon is just as nice.
The Scotsman wagon that sold had a rust free tailgate with all the
hinges in good working order, good glass and solid floors also.
The Sky Hawk Hard Top is a little rougher than the Larks, but it is a
rust free hard top body with all good glass, no dents, no rust and
just a couple of bent corners on the hood. I was thinking of making it
into a 54 HT anyway, so that would not matter.
It was just one of those magical moments. I wish I could have bought
the whole thing.
We had gentlemans agreements that we would not cut each others throats
on some items. We all won out though.

Sal,
assuming this is "for resale" and you don't want to keep anything, email
me some pics if you get a chance. I still haven't bought a pickup truck
yet but a wagon would work just as well for what I need.

N8, you are come over all the time, I'll fill you in on all the cars
once we get them to Sal's. We are talking about booking a truck load
to Fort Wayne.

The Sky Hawks are the rarest Hawks (other than Packard Hawks). I hope you
can see restoring it as the Sky Hawk. I still regret selling a rust-free
original gold paint (single color) Sky Hawk 20 years ago. The man who
bought it made it in to a Golden Hawk painted black and white.

The Sky Hawk is my favorite of all the K models. To me, it has the
cleanest lines and associated elegance of being a President.
