Windshield question clarification

Man, I think I caused more confustion than anything!
There is no damage to my wagon except the broken
windshield. I had a verbal agreement with the
upholstery shop for a firm price which included
removing and replacing the windshield. The glass
guy was hired by the upholstery shop.

I don't know, do verbal agreements hold up in court anymore?  In either
event, between the two of them, they are responsible for replacing the
glass.  You may have to find one, but they should figure out between them
how they're going to pay.
