Don't know the owner, but the car did win Best of Show. It was indeed

What I found interesting is that if I would have shown up with my car there
would have been 3 fully restored '61 Hawks on the field. You never know
what's going to happen, last year I was the only car in my catagory.
I was suprised to see the number of cars down this year and I don't recall
seeing any pre-war cars this year. But that said, I did see several cars
and trucks that I had never seen before. Maybe it was just an off year. If
I could have figured out how to haul two rear tractor tires back with my
Hawk I would have had my car there.
