September 15 is our Hill Country Chapter SDC meeting at Bob Robert's
place west of Austin. Bob is really going all out, with a full lunch
planned, followed by a big screen slide show of the SDC International
meet in South Bend, plus more! We will also collect dues and elect
officers. Bob also has a 9,000 lb. lift he has offered for any of us
wanting to check under our cars!

Mark your calendars now for our chapter's November 10 meeting, which
will be a picnic at Inks Lake State Park, hosted by Joe Studebaker and
myself. Details to follow in next newsletter.

And if you are looking for an event to attend in October, October
13-18 is the Big Bend tour hosted by the Fredericksburg Vintage Car
Club. If anyone is interested, contact David Weir at 830 537 4810 or
dashakat@gvtc.com. This tour is probably full, but there may have been
some cancellations.
