Please help.

A few years ago I was looking on this newsgroup and found pictures of a tube
frame someone was building for their
Starliner (53, 54 or 55). I saved those pics to help with the building of my
53 Stude. There was a hard drive crash
and the pics are now gone. If anyone has a copy of these or can remember who
posted them and direct me in  the
right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

The frame (as close as I can recall) was maroon, I think it had a Mustang II
front suspension, Frod 9" rear and either
Dodge or Chevy slotted ralley wheels.

They were nice good size pics and would have been a great help.

Thanks

The small picture you posted is of my car.  However, I did not build a
"tube" frame.  The build of my car can be viewed at  http://members.provalue.net/studes/

Hey, Dave.
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I see it is a different car. The other one did
have a complete tube frame.
It was a real joy to see the buildup of you car though. Love the door
handles, though I am a big fan
of the shaved door handles like I have on my 73 Cuda, I really like the
looks of the Intrepid door handles
on the Stude. We have also been toying with the idea of removing the vent
glass and performing the same
surgery on the window channels as you have. Being the big MOPAR fan that I
am there was only one power
plant for me as I had aquired one long years ago - 1957  392 Hemi with the
dual quad intake. It will take a while
and gobs of bucks but seeing your buildup has put new wind in my sails.
Thanks again for the reply.

My pleasure, and good luck with your project!
