I always amazed by raw human talent, as is the case of the British cell phone salesman on the British version of American idol. I hate opera, but this guys voice blew me away. With "The Office," we kept the same name. With "Family," the major change was adding the flushing noise - a touch of genius. Edith was copied with only a change in face and accent.
