Bob Shaw has added a "Stove Huggers" forum on the SDC site so we can
BS off topic. The only rule is no politics, religion or flame wars.
Almost a perfect venue to hang out on now, so you won't see many of us
on here much longer, but it's been fun.

Will each message be approved before being posted, which will delay
them, or is it free-for-all, with a few people being unable to control
themself?
I think that some of them used to be a bit worse for weather. My
typing made / makes me look that way, I must admit.

See ya in PA.

None of the posts are pre screened, but if you get nasty or into
politics etc., it might get deleted.

One should remember who "ruined" this ng...  Those that introduced
inflamatory topics.

As far as I know, I never brought up political topics but was guilty of
responding to preposterous posts.  Hell, even Alex (to my recollection)
never introduced a political topic...

Everythig that I've put on the forum has appeared almost immediately
whenever I've checked - Too bad there isn't someway it could correct
typos!

The Forum has an edit function.  Just click on the icon above your message
and go in and correct your typos.  I have to do it all the time.

As the Brit at their dyslic society said, "You've overcome it quite
well, it seems, judging by your career."
Yes, but I still can't spell w/o having to look some words.
In my e-mail set-up, that's easy.
I can do it in a WP mode, too, but that takes a lot longer. I'll try
the forum. I hpe the edit section includes a spell-check.

Hmm,  I see the flame-wars started up over there now.  Last I heard
this is a capitalist society.  Since when is it improper to make a
profit on something being sold?  Geez....even the RED CHINEESE have
figured that one out!  KK

That guy must have been bored and decided to stir up the buffalo chips.
Probably raining and/or snowing where he lives.
I made one comment and quit.

Almost perfect, was what eBay ONCE was, until the latest pack of
idiots put their recent changes in place.  I prefer to be able to camp
in more than one spot, especially if one is in a dry-wash.  Like Tom
Bodett from Motel 6 used to say: "We'll leave the light on for you".
