The 5th Annual event has concluded, and there committee would like to thank
everyone who participated!
There were approximately 50 Studes/Avantis on site, and about 40 went thru
judging.
We had a good rain Saturday about midday, but then it held off, and was just
cloudy, but the breeze felt nice,
and we didn't have a Georgia scorcher to deal with!
Early feedback has been very positive, and everyone seemed to enjoy the
venue, the Merry Cares Hotel in Albany, Ga.
The roads bringing travelers into Albany are four-lane and high quality, and
all participants arrived safely.
We had Studes from as far away as Ohio and Indiana, and we renewed lots of
friendships, and made lots of new Stude friends.
We'll be send in some material to TW, and posting some pics on
www.georgiastudebaker.com.
Happy Studebakering!

Was by far one of the most fun meets I've been to.
We judged 37 cars total, in 2 hours time. The drive through system is
the way to go, and it looks SOO cool with all those Studes lining
up. :-)

Yes...very cool!
A fun time and a great place. As usual, the South Georgia Chapter did
one helluva job! I am still tired out from the whole thing.
