Does anybody have a set of Chrome hubcaps for a 63 1/2 ton pickup they would
be willing to turn lose of?
I have a set of painted ones I could exchange or apply towards the chrome
ones.. they wouldn't have to be NOS.  Just decent for everyday use..
Thanks,
Mike M.

Mike
I had a 63 Champ truck with painted hub caps. When I stripped them to
repaint I found they where stainless caps under the paint. I just polished
them and had nice caps.
I don't know if they were all stainless or not but you might want to give it
a try.

Thanks Jerry.. I'll flip one over and have look.. I have only had this truck
for 20 years... you would think I would know if it had stainless hubcaps or
not.. but I really don't! Ha!

I have a chrome hubcap somewhere but is is not in the best of shape.
I'll post later with a pic and details.

Personally, I prefer the painted caps as I painted 'em bumper gray with
white "S"s along with the bumpers and gray STUDEBAKER on the tail gate
on my recent T-Cab.
