I wondered if there were a significant difference between a wiring
harness for the `1963-1964 Champs from that for the 1962 beyond the
different wiring for the master cylinder as they moved to hung pedals in
1963.

They changed the placement of the voltage regulator also.
You may have to change the length of a few wires but that should be about
all.
