The Ozark Trails Chapter will host its 8th annual Orphan Car Show in Branson, Mo
Sept 5 & 6 at The Grand Village.  It is co-sponsored by Silver Dollar City, Grand
Village and the Quality Inn & Suites.  All the blocked rooms at the Quality Inn
have been booked but others should be available.  If your interested try the
1st Inn Gold or the Baldknobbers Inn which are also close to the show site.

I guess there will be lots of Oldsmobile and Plymouths.  Since they're still
making Studebakers in Villa Rica Georgia, I guess we're not invited

(wink)

I've heard that is a great show, but I have to miss it again.
We will be having a smaller Orphan Car Club meet here in Houston at the same
time for those who can not travel to Branson.

You are correct Ron and that explains the scarcity of rooms.

I was thinking about driving up for the event, but I have been in
Branson when it is full, and that traffic takes the fun out of
everything.  Spent some time there during the off season, found it to
be a nice place to visit then.
