would a '62 Lark with a 289/4-speed have a 10.5" or 11" clutch? Or are
both sets of holes drilled on the flywheel from the factory?

My 62 Hawk got a Brute clutch #90105 we swapped even for Stude throwout
brg. I thinks it's a 10.4" disc. Don't remember.

Should just have the 10.4 clutch. Just one set of clutch mounting bolt
holes. Note that Packard occasionally used Long clutches as well as
Borg and Beck, the flywheels were drilled for just one, not both types.
