My poor client had me end the auction early on this car when he was
promised 10K in monthly installments and never got even one payment.
It's back on Ebay here with a 6K reserve and that's 2 less than he paid
on ebay a few months back.

On our PEI Fall Foliage Tour, I got to see this car, and even sat in it.. If
I had the money handy, I would have offered it to Miller right then and
there. I have always liked "real" Landcruisers. Not a perfect car, but the
overdrive works!

Man, that car looks nice!  Are  you saying that the interior is original?
Are the seats mohair?  I wanted to see more pictures, especially the dash,
door panel and some from underneath.  For how many of these cars that were
produced, you hardly ever see one let alone a fine example like this one.

I looked the car over on our fall tour and it is a really nice original car.

I agree with Robert. A nice original car, not 100% perfect, but very nice
indeed (and the overdrive works, too--when you shove in the lever <GGG>)

I believe that the car would make a better first impression if the tires were
reversed.  It is still a nice car and worth the money IMHO.

Did he buy that car out of Illinois? I thought it was about $6700 if
that's the one.
