Hello everyone. Here is a list of some things I still need for my '54
Commander project followed by a list of things I might be interested
in trading. I'm also interested in buying some of these parts outright
with the exception of the supercharger. Eventually most of the items I
decide not to keep will be listed on Ebay to help fun this project.

Wanted:
   
  1. 289 starter for manual transmission in good working order-would
love
     an R series heavy duty model as it will be installed on an R1

  2. clutch bearing shaft that runs thru bellhousing and holds throw
out
     bearing-would like the whole setup for truck application (I
think they
     are longer than the ones for passenger cars)

  3. lastly and I know it's a long shot, I would love to put a Paxton
R-2/R-3
     setup on this R1 that I have with dished pistons-and would need
just
     about everything required to istall it on a stock R1

Might Trade:

   1. Set of 53,54,55 front fog lamps-need to be rechromed

   2. 54 Commander dash complete

   3. 54 front and rear door exterior trim and chrome wiper trim
-need to be
      rechromed
   4. Set of 54 front grille bar inserts -complete-need to be
rechromed

   4. older 4 bolt chromed valve covers and PCV breather tube-decent

   And lastly if trading towards a supercharger setup, I would
consider trading my R1 air cleaner(very good) and heat shields(decent)
as well as my Offenhauser speed equiptment consisting of Offy valve
covers, Offy air bonnet, and Offy 4 barrel intake manifold with
Stromberg 4 barrel carb (Offy stuff needs polishing and carb needs
complete rebuild).
